I am all about automations and building streamlined systems to manage a business. To have these features and not break the bank, I use Monday.com to manage client work.
If it’s more convenient, we will utilize your project management software and I will create a connection between the two so tasks are always up to date.
Monthly service packages are purchased on retainer and all invoices are due on the 1st. If we start a project in the middle of the month we can prorate the invoice.
I do not offer rollover hours. All purchased hours must be used by the end of the month.
After I meet the agreed-upon hours per week I will stop work. If there is an urgent deadline and I would need to work additional hours, I would request permission to bill for those extra hours to meet that deadline. All time-tracking would be done in ClickUp so that you can see exactly where my time is spent.
