Hi! I’m Valentina,
the founder of Mynt Planning

My Journey to Mynt Planning

Throughout my time as a music educator, I couldn't shake the urge to learn about project management apps, automation, design, and all of those "nerdy" topics.

I spent countless hours playing around with software and apps I didn't have a use for... I just wanted to learn how they worked!

Thank goodness I never stopped learning.

Life circumstances, in addition to the stress of the classroom, worsened my chronic health issues. I came to terms with the fact that it was unsustainable. I needed a flexible job ASAP that would allow me to focus on lifestyle changes to improve my health.

As it turns out, all of the skills I built were extremely valuable for running a business!

They allowed me to found Mynt Planning, improve my well-being, and hone my skills to become an expert in business systems and operations.

Although teaching high school felt incredibly impactful, now I get to help creatives in the next phase of their lives and guide them through turning their passions into strong, self-sustaining businesses.

FAQS

Yes! The payment options depend on the scope of the project but we offer installments starting at $600

Absolutely. Our goal is to find solutions best for your business and having previous experience in certain software simply gives us base knowledge for further research about custom solutions.

We will use Notion to collaborate on tasks throughout the project. Any tasks that you need to complete will be assigned there.

After I meet the agreed-upon hours per week I will stop work. If there is an urgent deadline and I would need to work additional hours, I would request permission to bill for those extra hours to meet that deadline. All time-tracking would be done in ClickUp so that you can see exactly where my time is spent.

Yes! All service packagescome with basic training so you can navigate everything on your own or easily delegate to a team member.

After the project is done you will still need someone to help keep things running. This could be a tech VA, yourself, or we can step in with an ongoing support agreement. All services included.
