What do you use for project management?

I am all about automations and building streamlined systems to manage a business. To have these features and not break the bank, I use Monday.com to manage client projects.

You would be added onto the Mynt Planning account as a guest to access project info and updates.

How exactly do payments work?

Monthly service packages are purchased on retainer and all invoices are due on the 1st. If we start a project in the middle of the month we can prorate the invoice.

Project packages require a 50% deposit before the project starts and the remaining 50% before the project is live or submitted.

What design programs do you use?

I use a variety of programs depending on the nature of the project. I have extensive experience with Canva in addition to other programs like the Adobe and Affinity suites.

What happens if I have hours leftover?

I do not offer rollover hours. All purchased hours must be used by the end of the month.

Am I billed for hours you go over?

After I meet the agreed-upon hours per week I will stop work. If there is an urgent deadline and I would need to work additional hours, I would request permission to bill for those extra hours to meet that deadline. All time-tracking would be done in ClickUp so that you can see exactly where my time is spent.

How many hours would I need to purchase?

If you have no concept of how many hours you may need, feel free to book a discovery call! In that call we can talk about your needs and I can give you clarity on what could get done in a particular amount of time.
